1.    Scope of Services

Snow Secure Oy (Finland) and Snow Secure USA Inc (USA) (“Snow Secure”) provide a digital learning platform based on TalentLMS technology and related SMS delivery services.

Snow Secure provides:
    •    Platform access
    •    User authentication
    •    SMS delivery for login and training notifications

Training content is created, owned, and managed by the client organization (e.g., ski resort). Snow Secure is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or regulatory compliance of training materials provided by clients.

2.    Categories of Personal Data

We may process:
    •    Name
    •    Phone number
    •    Email address (if provided)
    •    Employer / client organization
    •    Training enrollment status
    •    Login activity and course completion data
    •    SMS delivery and authentication logs

We do not sell personal data.

3.    Purpose of Processing

Personal data is processed for:
    •    Delivering login instructions and authentication codes
    •    Enabling access to assigned training programs
    •    Providing training notifications and deadline reminders
    •    Ensuring platform security and fraud prevention

Program Description
Snow Secure sends transactional SMS messages to users enrolled in employer-sponsored training programs.

Snow Secure does not send promotional or marketing SMS without separate consent.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on training enrollment and login activity.

Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on the user’s mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out
Users may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

6.    Data Sharing
